Explanation
After an access module is loaded, the address of the main entry point, PIDMMain, must be obtained. Various systems afford various methods to obtain this address. Whatever the method, it failed. And the access module, although loaded, is not accessible. This is sometimes caused by unsatisfied external references by the access module. Sometimes it is caused by a mangled entry name.
Remedy
Check DC trace log for any "pmAttach" errors and rebuild the access module.
