PrerequisitePingFederate instance is configured appropriately and is up and running.
For versions 16.50.05 and later, JWT integration with Vantage is supported in Viewpoint standalone, clustered and cloud environments. Make sure to configure PingFederate integration and modify the identityProvider.properties file with the required information.

Install a version of Viewpoint that supports PingFederate integration. Versions 16.50.04 and later support PingFederate integration.
