If the system is connected using Teradata ServiceConnect and a Teradata Service agreement is in place for field replaceable units (FRUs), notification or prediction of a failed component is made directly to Teradata Services, and Teradata Services responds per the agreement. If the system is not connected or your agreement does not include Auto Incident Create or cover the component replacement, create an incident through Teradata Support at https://access.teradata.com if you require assistance.
