A support bundle can be manually generated, which sends it to the backend if the customer site is connected using Teradata ServiceConnect. Support bundles apply to certain chassis types and are not attached to an alert or summary alert.
- From the Tree View, select a component for which support bundles are collected.
To open the Support Bundles window, do one of the following:
- Select .
- From the toolbar, click Support Bundles.
- In the Support Bundles window, select the component to highlight it.
- From the Support Bundles window, select . A command output window shows the progress of the support bundle collection. The new support bundle is displayed at the top of the list.
