Listing All Columns In a Table or View

To list the columns in a table or view

1 Do one of the following:

  • Select Tools > List Columns.
  • On the toolbar click .
  • 2 In Database Name field, type the name of the database (or owner, if using Oracle) containing the table or view. This field does not apply to Microsoft Access databases.

    3 In Table or View Name, type the name of the table or view.

    The resulting list of columns appear in an Answerset window. This window does not automatically close when new queries are submitted.
