- On your Workstation PC, start the X-Windows server program.

In the Command Prompt window, get the IP address of your Workstation PC with the command:
> ipconfig
The response contains the IP address:
IP Address . . . . . . xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -
Open the Database Window (DBW) on your remote workstation using the following command:
xdbw -display IP_address:0 &
Use the IP Address of your workstation. The Database Window opens in the X-Window server.
