Fully Qualify Restrictions
As a general rule, you should always fully qualify the restrictions. For example, when restricting by Table_Name, always provide the Table_SCHEMA. When restricting by COLUMN_NAME, then provide TABLE_SCHEMA and TABLE_NAME.
If the consumer does not set a restriction for the SCHEMA, then for most of the schema rowsets, the default database assigned to the user is always used. Exceptions are the SCHEMATA and Tables schema rowsets.
If the consumer has set a different database via the DATABASE command, then OLE DB Provider for Teradata still uses the default database.
