CheckTable is enhanced to:
- Report dictionary errors in batch mode.
- Optionally skip the dictionary check.
- Optionally skip the user table check.
- Use more parallel sessions for user table checking.
Benefits
- Provides the capability of achieving high concurrency of table checks when executed on large systems.
SQL Changes
New keywords are added to the CheckTable syntax:
- MAXSESSIONS
- SCOPE { DICTIONARY | USER | ALL }
