Purpose
The CursorDBC parcel returns to the application a cursor row identifier to after a SELECT FOR CURSOR statement.
Usage Notes
The information returned is meaningful only for use in a subsequent CursorHost parcel.
The CursorDBC parcel is generated by the Teradata Database.
