Sometimes this message is perfectly reasonable to receive because some objects simply do not exist. For example, if one dumps journal tables using the ALL option some databases will not have records written to the ARCHIVE because they do not contain any permanent journals.
Remedy:
Use the ARCHIVE file containing the indicated objects.
