When APRC is enabled, applications using multiple sessions will receive a database restart/AP Reset indication on some, none or all sessions, depending on the APs through which the sessions are connected.

In this way, if an application has session(s) connected through the resetting AP, the application can treat the AP reset either as a database restart or just reconnect the lost sessions.

Applications that do not have session(s) connected through the resetting AP will not be affected by the resetting AP.

If an application using CLIv2 was initiated locally on a resetting AP, the application will be lost. Manual intervention will be necessary to restart the program.
