This field is initialized to the default value provided in the clispb.dat file. If the default is not appropriate for the
application, the following must be performed before calling DBCHCL for the Initiate or
Initiate With function.
- Set Change options to 'Y'.

Set the value to one of the following:
- D – Data (default)
- T – Transaction-related locator
- S – Spool-related locator
These values are case sensitive.
