The Length field contains the length in bytes of the entire parcel, which is the total length of the Flavor, Length, and Body fields.
When CLIv2 constructs parcels, it builds an appropriate parcel header, based on the DBCAREA Function and length of the relevant data. When CLIv2 returns the parcel body, it adjusts the length returned for the removal of the parcel header.
