Import workflows that were exported from other environments or organizations.

It's important to understand the handling of node information when you export or import workflows or customer lists. See Handling Node Information.

  1. Begin importing or exporting a workflow or customer list by doing one the following:
    Option Action
    Import or export a workflow Select "" > Data preparation > Workflows.
    Import or export a customer list Select "" > Customer list.
  2. Choose one of the following:
    Option Action
    Import workflows
    1. Select Import.
    2. Select Browse.
    3. Go to the location of the workflow file, then select Import Workflow.
    Import customer lists
    1. Select Import.
    2. Select Browse.
    3. Go to the location of the workflow file, then select Import Customer List.
    Export workflows

    Select the workflows in the list you want to export, then select Export.

    The files are downloaded to your default download path. The files include a timestamp.
    Export customer lists

    Select the customer lists in the list you want to export, then select Export.

    The files are downloaded to your default download path. The files include a timestamp.
