This section describes how to create decision and personalization attributes and attribute groups. Attributes define pieces of data used for input from the channels and for output sent to the channels. These attributes represent the data available to Vantage CX for making decisions about which messages to present.
Criteria use attributes to determine which messages qualify for a customer. For example, an Age attribute could be part of a criteria that determines whether a retirement-planning message is a good choice for a given customer.
Attributes must be categorized into attribute groups. Attributes inherit their owner from their attribute group.
