With Vantage CX, a customer can save event details from a session and can retrieve it in future sessions. If the user has selected the Save as part of Customer Event History checkbox for a complex attribute in the Attributes page, the event values are saved and are displayed when the customer creates a new session. This feature enriches the customer’s overall personalized experience by capturing event details and helps in decisioning. To save the Customer Event details:
- Log into the application.
- Select Administration > Attribute.
- Click CREATE NEW.
- Enter name and description in the ATTRIBUTE tab.
- Select Decision in the Attribute Type.
- Select any Complex group in the Attribute Group.
- Select Save as part of Customer Event History..
- Click SAVE.
