The message “READY FOR COMMAND” is one of a number of messages that give you information about system status during your ITEQ terminal session. The most common messages that appear are listed in Table 1.

END OF DATA |
The display area currently holds the last page of results from a data-generating command or statement. |

INCOMPLETE STATEMENT |
The current statement is incomplete, and must be corrected before it can be processed. |
