Load data into Teradata Vantage Use any of the following options:
  • Use the Editor to load CSV data from your laptop or PC without running SQL commands.
  • Use Editor or JupyterHub to run SQL commands using NOS to load CSV, JSON, and Parquet data from an external store into a local table.

Run any of the data analytics use cases. See Featured Use Cases.

After using the use cases to learn how, you can join external data with data stored in cloud data lakes using NOS. Use SQL commands in Editor.

Explore data in object stores Use Editor or JupyterHub to run SQL commands to query database tables and access external object storage. See Accessing the Teradata-Managed Object Store and Access Your External Object Store.  
Download result sets from a query Use Editor to download CSV files. Each file is limited to 10,000 rows of data.

Use JupyterHub to download result sets. In your JupyterHub workspace, navigate to the Teradata>ResultSets directory that contains your data, right-click the files, and select Download. The BackUpYourWork notebook describes how to download CSV files.
