All drives in a 6800C system are HDDs.
The following configurations are supported for a coexistence 6800C 1+1 clique with HDDs:

For a 6800C 1+1 clique with two disk arrays, coexisting with a 6650H or 6650C system, the following guidelines apply:
- One TPA node plus one hot standby node to two disk arrays (1:2 ratio)
- Up to 30 AMPs per node
- Up to 180 drives per node (no mixed drive types or sizes in each disk array)
- Drives per node must be a multiple of 10
- Up to 90 drives per array in 2 arrays
For a 6800C 1+1 clique with four disk arrays, coexisting with a 6650H or 6650C system, the following guidelines apply:
- One TPA node plus one hot standby node to four disk arrays (1:4 ratio)
- Up to 56 AMPs per node
- Up to 280 drives per node (no mixed drive types or sizes in each disk array)
- Drives per node must be a multiple of 10
- Up to 70 drives per array in 4 arrays
