Variables listed in the Formula Builder in the Rules module include Global Constants and Rule Variables.

Select
> Configuration > Global variables.

Do one of the following:
Option Steps Create a variable - Click CREATE NEW .
- Enter a Name and Description.
- Select a data Type.
Depending on the selected Type, additional fields might display for Length and Precision.
- Enter a Value
- Click CREATE NEW VARIABLE.
Update a variable - Select
> Edit. - Make modifications.
- Click SAVE.
