Before restoring DBC database, use the dbscontrol utility to check whether the Time Zone is set on the destination system.

From a command prompt on the destination system, run the dbscontrol utility to display general settings:
#dbscontrol > display general 18.System TimeZoneString = American Eastern
If the return value for System TimeZoneString is anything except Not Set, as in the above example, disable the Time Zone setting before restoring DBC database.
