- If the workflow is deployed, from the Workflow Designer summary table view, click next to the workflow name and then select Undeploy.
- Click the workflow name.
- Select Thresholds Rules.
- Click next to Threshold Rules.
Click to select a violation.
Option Description Workflow runs overtime Triggers an alert when a workflow runs longer than specified. Late recurring workflow Triggers an alert when a workflow starts later than expected. Node runs overtime Triggers an alert when a workflow node runs longer than specified. Late recurring node Triggers an alert when a workflow node starts later than expected.
- Enter the length of the threshold in seconds.
Select the type of response to indicate the severity of the violation.
[Optional] Select the box next to Execute action to send an email when the threshold is reached.
You can change the default subject and message for the email.
- Click Save.
