Purpose
Stops TDP from producing a message when a session starts or ends.
Syntax
Usage Notes
When TDP starts, Session Status is disabled. To subsequently enable Session Status, use the ENABLE SESSION STATUS command. The current setting can be displayed using the DISPLAY TDP command.
If Session Status is enabled, a TDP0899 message is produced when a session starts, and a TDP0898 message is produced when a session ends. When a session to be used for session pool assignment is started, a TDP0800 message is produced; when such a session ends, a TDP0801 message is produced.
These messages had previously been controlled by the ENABLE TEST command. For compatibility, they continue under TEST control until an ENABLE SESSION STATUS or DISABLE SESSION STATUS is issued, after which TEST has no effect on these messages.
Example: DISABLE SESSION STATUS
