Purpose
Causes TDP to start writing informational or diagnostic messages to the system console.

When TDP starts, TEST mode is not enabled. TEST can be enabled by executing the ENABLE TEST operator command.
After ENABLE TEST is issued, informational messages produced by TEST mode are written to the system console to indicate the starting and ending of sessions. This use is deprecated, replaced by use of ENABLE and DISABLE SESSION STATUS.
After ENABLE TEST is issued, more comprehensive information is provided for the DISPLAY SESSIONS command. This use is deprecated, replaced by the DETAIL operand on the DISPLAY SESSIONS command.
