tdgss_buffer_desc consists of a length field that contains total number of bytes in the datum and a value field which contains a pointer to the actual datum. Most of the APIs use tdgss_buffer_desc as parameter and the memory for tdgss_buffer_desc should be allocated by the caller.

Allocate tdgss_bufer_desc data structure and call the API again.
