Explanation

In order for the ALG library to generate pseudo random numbers the pseudo random number generator (PRNG) needs to be seeded. The OpenSSL routines check for well defined random number generators on the system. If they are not found then the software tries to seed then PRNG. If this fails then the above error is seen.
