Explanation

There is mismatch in properties specified in Method signature as part of UDT creation and actual Create/Replace/Alter Method DDL or There is a mismatch in properties specified in Function properties and actual specified in replace function with retain protection DDL. We now allow REPLACE FUNCTION/METHOD on the Ordering or Transform routine of a UDT, provided that the Function/Method signature specified in the REPLACE statement match exactly the signature of the existing Function/Method.
