Explanation

While using query capture feature, the system is unable to obtain the required number of 'keys' for saving the captured information in the query capture database tables. The SQLs that may hit these errors are : 1) INSERT EXPLAIN 2) COLLECT DEMOGRAPHICS 3) COLLECT STATISTICS FOR SAMPLE 4) INITIATE INDEX ANALYSIS An equivalent error in case of DUMP EXPLAIN is the numeric overflow error ERRAMPEOVERFLOFS (2617) that may occur when resubmitting the output of DUMP EXPLAIN. This indicates that the DUMP EXPLAIN output also cannot be executed successfully in the QCD, as the upper limit is reached.

If the error is due to INSERT EXPLAIN, DUMP EXPLAIN the plan and save in the QCD. If the problem persists, the QCD has reached its upper limit. You should use another QCD for the capture.
