Explanation

When executing an SP, the request number generated for the internal SPL can match the request number of the current SP call if there are more than 4294967295 (i.e. 0xFFFFFFFF which is the current max request number limit) internal requests submitted from within the SP. Return an error and abort the SP call in that case.
