In Aster Analytics Function Packages, find the name of the ZIP file that contains the package.

Change your directory to /opt/teradata/AsterAnalytics_Foundation:
cd /opt/teradata/AsterAnalytics_Foundation

If the ZIP file is not there, contact your Teradata account manager to get its location.

Create a directory for the package that you are installing. For example:
mkdir AA_7.00

Change your directory to the newly created directory. For example:
cd AA_7.00
