To debug a file transfer failure, review the sequencer and file transfer logs to see if a specific error is logged.
File transfer failures occur when the PUT file transfer service is down on the affected node. Check services on the PUT master node to make sure they are running.
If stopping and restarting PUT services does not clear the problem, verify that the file PUT is trying to transfer exists. There should be an entry in the sequencer log that indicates the file name.
